You can return most items for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs may apply, and the item must be:
- In its original, undamaged condition
- Disassembled, if the item was originally delivered disassembled
- In its original packaging. If the original packaging is too damaged to be shipped back, you must use a similar sized box as the original or a box no longer than 108 inches.
There are a few items that can’t be returned:
- Clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized items
- Bundled items at discounted rates, e.g. “5 for $25” (unless the entire bundle is returned)
- Items you have already assembled
- Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page
- Open Box Items
Any outbound shipping charges collected on the order will not be refunded. This includes:
- Upgraded shipping charges (expedited, express, etc.)
Restocking Fee:
Restocking fee is meant to recover the loss in value of the returned goods. A restocking fee is a percentage of the item's price; depending on the type of item and its condition upon return (item price does not include shipping costs)
Restocking fee may apply to the following scenarios:

| Late Return | Item returned in original condition after the return window. | Yes. Up to 20%. |
| Damaged & Used | Item returned not in original condition, damaged, or shows obvious signs of use. | Yes. Up to 50%. |
| Empty-Box | Package returned contains nothing, or only the packaging material. | Yes. Up to 100%. |
We do NOT charge any restocking fees for damaged package.
1) Defective Item: If you are returning an item contains manufacturer's defect or damaged during transit, your full refund will be issued. However, if the inspection result shows no defects and your return is initiated after the return window, a restocking fee of up to 20% will be deducted from the refund.
2) Late Return: If you changed your mind (Buyer's Remorse) about an order and returned the item in good condition, but initiated after the return window of 30 days. For a late return where there's nothing wrong with the item, we charge a restocking fee of up to 20%. Restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
3) Damaged & Used: If you changed your mind (Buyer's Remorse) about an order and returns it within the return window of 30 days, but the item is damaged, shows signs of use. In these cases, a restocking fee of up to 50% of the item's price will be deducted from the refund.
4) Empty-Box: If the return contains nothing or only packaging materials in the box, where the actual item is not returned, we will treat your return as an Empty-Box return. We will contact the carrier first to determine if it's their fault. If it's the carrier's fault, your full refund will be issued. If it's not the carrier's fault, your refund will not be issued.
