OROMA HOME INC warrants this lighting fixture to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable.

If during the warranty period, the product fails to operate under normal use and service, OROMA HOME INC will, at its option, repair or replace the product or refund the purchase price. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the product only and does not cover any costs associated with the removal, installation, or reinstallation of the product.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repair or modification. This warranty is also void if the product has been exposed to excessive moisture, heat, or cold or if the product has been altered or tampered with in any way. 

OROMA HOME INC is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

To make a warranty claim, contact OROMA HOME INC customer service by email or phone, and provide proof of purchase and a description of the problem. OROMA HOME INC will provide instructions for returning the product and will cover the cost of shipping for any warranty repairs or replacements. Any warranty claims must be made within the warranty period, and the product must be returned to OROMA HOME INC within 30 days of the claim.

OROMA HOME INC reserves the right to inspect any product claimed to be defective and to determine if the product is covered under warranty. If the product is found to be defective and covered under warranty, OROMA HOME INC will, at its option, repair or replace the product or refund the purchase price. If the product is found to be in good working condition or damaged due to misuse or abuse, the customer will be responsible for any repair or replacement costs, as well as any shipping charges incurred.

This warranty is the only express warranty provided by OROMA HOME INC for this product, and no other express or implied warranties are made. OROMA HOME INC does not authorize any person or entity to assume for it any other warranty obligation or liability in connection with this product.
